Online sales or order from store will be posted UK standard delivery within 3-5 working days of purchase unless on a public holiday in which case they will be posted the next day. 

Returns

All Made-to-Measure products are Non-Refundable. As for all other products, while we hope you are always 100% happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, we will happily offer you a full refund via free exchange or store credit. You are entitled to return if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and with proof of purchase for in store sales.
 
TERMS REGARDING ALL RETURNS: 
• All items must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached.  
• Proof of purchase must be shown for in-store sales. 
 

When will I receive my refund? 

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please allow for some flexibility during seasonal peaks. All returns must be credited to the account used for the original purchased item(s). 

Card: Allow 3-5 working days for this transaction to appear on your bank statement. 
PayPal: PayPal will send a confirmation email advising your refund amount and original payment method you used. 

 How to return your order?  

United Kingdom -

Follow the steps on your printed returns form inside the package. If you have misplaced your form, you can use the instructions below.  
1) Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create
2) Download your returns label below and print it at home* 
3) Securely attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any other delivery labels are removed from the packaging.  
4) Take your parcel to your local Post Office.

Defective Items?  
If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. In most cases, you will need to return your item(s) for assessment by our returns department.  
Where possible faulty items will be repaired. Please allow to 2-6 weeks for repairs. If a faulty item is unable to be repaired and an exchange is offered, please be aware this is subject to availability.
