Our online sales will be posted using UK standard delivery within 3-5 days of purchase, unless on a public holiday, in which case they will be posted out on the next working day.
All made-to-measure products are non-refundable. All other products, although we hope you are always happy with your purchases, if you’re not 100% completely satisfied, we will happily offer you either a full refund or credit note for further purchases. Products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Terms regarding all returns
All items must be in a perfect, resalable condition, complete with labels and tags attached. Proof of purchase must be shown for in-store boutique sales. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items, however we request that you allow for flexibility during seasonal peaks. All returns will be credited to the account used to purchase. On card transactions, please allow 3-5 working days for this transaction to appear on your statement. PayPal – Will send you a confirmation email advising your refund and original payment method used. When returning your order from the UK please follow the instructions on your printed return forms inside your package.
